• Accepted Payment Methods: Payments will be made according to the methods outlined in the agreement (bank transfer, credit card, etc.).
   

4. User Obligations

By using our services, you agree to the following:

• Prohibited Activities:

  • No advertisements or marketing on adult content (pornography).

  • No gambling-related content targeting users under the age of 18.

  • No engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful activities.

  • No promoting illegal content or violating any laws.

  • No engaging in activities that interfere with the normal operation of the website or services.

BuckleApp reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the services for users violating these terms.
 

5. User Registration

• Termination by BuckleApp: BuckleApp reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if the client violates these Terms of Service or fails to meet payment obligations.

• Post-Termination: Any outstanding payments or obligations will remain in effect even after termination.
   

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel. Any disputes arising out of these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Israel.
 

10. Miscellaneous

• Content Usage Rights: All content on the BuckleApp website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of BuckleApp and may not be used without permission.
